Grilled Lobster Tails

Ingredients:
  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
For best result thaw lobster 8 hours in the refrigerator or 45 minutes under cold running water.
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high temperature
  2. Cut the top shell of the lobster lengthwise. Lift the meat out of the shell, while still leaving shell attached.
  3. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, drill, salt and pepper
  4. Brush lobster meat with olive oil mixture.
  5. Grill 5-7 minutes until shells are bight red.
